I just placed an order, when will it be shipped out?
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and production to shipping your order.
How long is the shipment?
Pakistan orders will be shipped via fastest couriers available and international orders will be shipped depending on the shipping center the product comes from.
Average transit times to the Gulf countries: 8 – 15 business days
There are uncontrollable circumstances (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause the shipment to be delayed. While most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may encounter. For this reason, we do not guarantee an exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Will I receive a tracking number?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your item is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers around the Pakistan as our product research team spends time sourcing quality products at reasonable prices.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after it was created for the cancellation to take effect. If the item is already shipped, please send an email to customercare@zibrella.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the heading “Cancel”.
You entered an incorrect address!
If you mistype your address or incorrectly auto-populate your address, just reply to the email to confirm the order and give us the correct information. Inform us immediately via email at customercare@zibrella.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct it within 24 hours.
My item arrived damaged
We ship each item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers have reported about 1 in 1,000 items arriving damaged due to postal service abuse.
If this happens to you, please contact us via:

A photo or video of the damaged product.
Once received we are glad to send you a replacement for free.

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@zibrella.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
